Flawed Pottery and Micro-cracks
Sometimes handmade artwork has flaws. We have discovered that about one in every 1,000 pieces of pottery might leak. Micro-cracks sometimes form in clay. They are invisible and impossible to predict, but they can result in a coffee mug having a leak that allows liquid to pass through one, tiny spot on the mug and slowly leak out onto a table or surface. If you suspect that your pottery is leaking, please email is right away: email@example.com and we will replace your pottery immediately or refund your order 100%. We are not able to cover damages that a leaky mug might cause.
