CAUTION: All Cherrico Pottery LLC pottery are handmade, Ceramic Art made by Joel Cherrico and the Cherrico Pottery Team (unless otherwise specified in the product description) and might have flaws, including but not limited to:
- sharp textures
- chipped or pitted clay or glaze
Joel Cherrico or a Cherrico Pottery Team member personally inspect 100% of Cherrico Pottery visually and by vigorously rubbing our bare hands around the surface of every pot. We works to maintain an extremely high Standard of Quality. We polish sharp textures and removes cracked pottery, but flaws are still common and every pot probably has one. CAUTION: Cherrico Pottery will break if dropped or banged against hard surfaces
- Broken Cherrico Pottery can not be repaired.
- Broken pottery shards are sharp and can be dangerous. Dispose of them in the garbage.
- We apologize that we are not able to replace Broken pottery.
Packages that are Lost, Stolen, Returned as Non-Deliverable, or Arrive Damaged.
We are not able to offer refunds or replacement products for Cherrico Pottery packages that are lost, stolen or “returned to sender.” When purchasing Cherrico Pottery, you must enter a shipping address that is safe to receive packages from the United States Post Office. You are responsible for entering a proper shipping address that is safe to receive your packages.
If your pottery package arrives broken, then we will ship you replacement pottery at no cost, or refund 100% of your order cost, including shipping costs. However, we require that you email us photo evidence of your broken pottery first, within 30 days of receiving your broken pottery: email@example.com.

All pottery and merch sales are 100% refundable within 30 days of your purchase date, but only if we receive the exact product that you ordered, first returned to us in mint condition.*Posters and stickers are nonrefundable.
We are not able to pay for return shipping costs. After we receive your pottery returned in mint condition, then we will process your refund for the full amount you initially paid for pottery (or select merch) and initial shipping costs. We work diligently to convey truth in every photograph and text description in our online store. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your pottery has any flaws, please let us know and we are happy to replace flawed pottery. The ceramic process is not perfect and flaws sometimes happen. We really appreciate knowing if you discover that you pottery has a flaw and will replace your order at no charge. Please understand that qualities like rough edges, finger marks and strange colors or textures are not flaws- they are intentionally put into each piece of artwork. However, please let us know if you are unhappy for any reason. I make pottery because I want the pieces to be appreciated by the user, with the ability to be used everyday.

*No refunds. I’m really sorry that we can’t give refunds at this level if you cancel your subscription because:
- You get the “Educational Brochure Pack” and Sienna’s handmade art mailed to you immediately upon joining, $58 value (we lose money on this project short-term, because we are committed to offering you as much immediate value as possible)
- You get exclusive, monthly access to our monthly Live video calendar, the Patreon only coupons, first pick on all new pottery, and considered for surprise gifts.
- It’s really difficult for our small team to manage thousands of customers, to guarantee we accurately keep track of your cup subscription. We do significant work to maintain your subscription, and then commit to making your cup at a discounted price (current retail value for one Nuka Iron Cup, updated 7/20/2019, $90 value: $75 retail + $15 S&H average)
We also can not refund the following:
– refunds requested after 30 days from membership cancellation or declined payment
– refunds for cancellations or declined payments, but no request submitted before 30 days
Refund Policy for $4, $5, or $9 per month Reward Tiers:
If you cancel your membership or your payment is declined, you can request a within 30 days of cancellation for only a fair portion of your subscription for pottery you did not receive yet by emailing email@example.com
$5 of your monthly subscription can never be refunded, as stated above.
Also, if you use any Patreon Exclusive Coupons to buy pottery while you are subscribed as a Patron, then you are no longer eligible for refunds on your Patreon subscription. This policy holds true for all Reward Tiers in all timelines. Using coupons voids your refund eligibility.
If you have not reached your minimum monthly required quota required (12 months or payments, as stated on our Patreon Page reward tiers outlined on our reward tiers here) required to get your pottery, and you have not used any coupons, then you can get refunded for the full value of your monthly total subscription value before receiving your pottery, minus $5 per month.
Example Scenario: you subscribed for 5 months at $9 per month, then canceled your membership, and you did not use any coupons. You email a refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then work with you to refund you $20 via PayPal: $4 per month ($9 tier – $5 for digital rewards = $4) x 5 months.

Refund Policy for $24 per month, $50 per month, $100 per month and $250 per month Reward Tiers:
If you subscribe to these Reward Tiers, then we are not able to offer refunds if your payment is Declined or Canceled. If you upgrade or downgrade between different Reward Tiers, then your previous subscription is also ended and not eligible for refunds. If you miss a payment, then unfortunately your subscription is ended and starts over if/when you decided to resubscribe.

Patreon “Declined” Patrons
If your subscription payment is “Declined” then you have 30 days to update your payment information with a valid payment form, and for that payment to successfully charge your account. If this process does not happen within 30 days of your initial “declined” payment, then your account will be canceled and your subscription ended. If you would like to reactivate your subscription, then you will need to start your timeline over for receiving your pottery. No refunds available. Because these new forms of payment are only executed on the Facebook platform and the Ethereum Blockchain platform, no refunds are available. All sales, whether in dollars or cryptocurrency, are final.
Flawed Pottery and Micro-cracks
Sometimes ceramics, both handmade and factory made, have flaws. We have discovered that about one in every 1,000 pieces of pottery might leak. Micro-cracks sometimes form in clay. They are invisible and impossible to predict, but they can result in a coffee mug having a leak that allows liquid to pass through one, tiny spot on the mug and slowly leak out onto a table or surface. If you suspect that your pottery is leaking, please email is right away: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace your pottery immediately or refund your order 100%. We are not able to cover damages that a leaky mug might cause.
- Shipping and handling costs are calculated by the USPS online, depending on location.
- Handling costs range from $5-$60 per pot and help cover packing material.
- All packages are shipping through the U.S. Postal Service.
- Packages will be shipped within 1-7 business days unless otherwise specified by the buyer. Shoot us and e-mail if you would like a package shipped earlier, otherwise we will generally ship on the Friday of each week.
- We reserve the right to adjust the final cost of shipping and handling based on extra costs incurred.
- Sticker orders will be shipped in a regular envelope via USPS Post Office for both domestic and international orders. No tracking number will sent to the buyer. According to the USPS, domestic orders have an average delivery time of 1-3 business days and international orders have an average of 6-20 business days.
For international shipping outside of the United States, we spend money on all initial shipping costs to ship all pottery and products from the Cherrico Pottery Studio to you.
Your country might charge another cost in the form of Customs Duties and Taxes, required by your country in order to receive your Educational Brochure Pack, pottery, products, or free giveaway items. I apologize that we can’t cover these extra costs.

Pottery Shipped with Post-Consumer Materials
Our goal is to pack pottery with the most environmentally sustainable packing materials available. We often use bubble wrap made from up to 40% post-consumer materials and packing peanuts that are 100% Biodegradable that you can view here from Uline.
